I don't know if anyone noticed I'm sure a few did, but that's him I know that voice some one confirm this for me please but if I'm right that is amazing and very sneaky..
plus the longer you stare at him the more things he will say that sounds just like something the narrator would say to Stanly.

I'm sorry, but I had to resurrect this thread. Nobody has posted about this in almost two years. LOL.

The moment I heard his voice on the scientist, I re-loaded the save and had to listen again just to be sure.

This game is THE BEST THING TO HAPPEN SINCE HALF-LIFE 1.
