i think its unacceptable in this game to even have loading screens that you can trigger back to back if you simply move back and forth between them
overated open world dark souls and Black Mesa are two complety different games. One is an open world game that came out this year and was made by a AAA studio the other one is a remaster made by fans in 2020, and it's actually good unlike elden ring.
NO game can get away from loading screens. There are even games which slow your pace to a crawl when changing areas to give the game time to play catch up and load the next spot with out saying "LOADING" on the screen. There are all kinds of developer tricks in the background to hide the loading screen, but it's still there.
that's true i forgot about that thx friend. Another good exemple is the elevators in Fallout 4.
NVIDIA's RTX was never supposed to help get good framerates. RTX is a very demanding graphics enhancement. Do you mean NVIDIA DLSS or AMD FSR? Those could greatly improve the framerates, even in Black Mesa, but unfortunately I don't think anyone at Valve has the time to implement either.
