Stuck on powerup

Hey all, I've destroyed the box that was blocking the Main power system but the power system is still showing blocked, the switch for unit 1 is not working

I'm pretty sure that there was also some kind of switch (apparently cables according to a walkthrough) right below where you are probably sitting.

Thanks for the reply, but no cables there, just these 2 boxes with 2 pipes connecting them, the switch is up on the main control panel 1 floor up, power system 2 is green, power system 1 is red and blocked, there isn't any cables there on the walkthrough, that's later in the static room where you have to destroy the BOSS

Destroy all the debris pieces that the destroyed crates turned into.
