Report a translation problem
First things first is to make sure you have everything configured correctly.
The easiest option is nuclear; reset GPU profile to default in the GPU Control Panel. Re-install the mods. Re-install the game. Takes time, but no real brain power, and often results in this kind of "wtf?" issue going away.
The harder option is to painstakingly list out the specs of your machine, including operating system, RAM capacity and frequency - the works - and see if there's a secondary diagnosis of some other issue that this is exposing in your machine environment. Hopefully someone jumps in to help, but without those specs or a crash log, I can't hazard a guess as to what's wrong.
