Anything I can do to toggle zoom/aim ?
I'm not as efficient holding right mouse to aim down the revolver sights or the crossbow scope.

Under Options>Black Mesa...

Iron-Sight Sticky - Enabled you press the secondary fire once and it stays in iron sights mode. Disabled and you have to hold secondary fire down to keep iron sights up.

I don't think it's available for the cb.

Go to settings, then go to Black Mesa tab. Settings you want should be there.

Admittedly, they don't exactly make that clear in the settings.

This! We have a lot of different options too for customization of sights and more.
