Power Up Bug

When I try to open the emergency door after turning the power back on in Power Up, the guard is there but the entire console where the button to open the emergency door is just not there.

Additionally, if I walk to close to the instrument panel on the right, I get stuck there. If I blow up a grenade right next to me, it blows me off it but , you know, I just bllew up a grenade and my suit has like 30% left now...and the console is still missing.

Anyone else seen this?

Because the door is already open? There isn’t a bug.

Well, at that point it may not be open.
But as MrZGrumpy said it's not the duty of Gordon anymore to open the door.
The guard will do it.

Just take the railway to the intersection and the guard will open up the door and you can continue to "On A Rail", after reaching the last control point where another guard will talk to Gordon and then open up the barriers to the elevator down to On A Rail.

I am in the same position. I have turned the power on and the guard got up and is now hunched over the control panel on the right hand side where it says ‘Power: On’ and says nothing when I try and talk to him.

The control panel on the left which should have the button is not even there. It is just a window with no control panel or button or anything.

The gargantuan is just walking around in the middle and there is nowhere else I can go.

Have you tried jump through the window?
The window on the very left has no glass.

But do so when the Garg is not in the way or blocking your path to the power station for the tram (where it actually get killed by voltage when you turn it on).

OK Here's the thing. Since we are looking for the console, and in the previous version the glass was not breakable, I was standing there like an idiot looking for something to press, trying to jump the gap or climb up the broken catwalk, etc.

Then I realized the stupid window was smashed and I could just jump through. Duh.
