Black ops assassin Story?

Would it be possible in the far future to do a brand new story for black mesa? We saw the marine corps' side of things with opposing force, and the black mesa securitiy's side with blue shift. it always puzzled me why they never did one for the government black ops team that was sent in as well. Would you guys and gals be willng to come up with your own story when Black Mesa is finished?i'd be interested in playing it if you did.

I was thinking of this idea too. It would be awesome if there was one.

I just wonder what we should name it and what black ops character should the player play as (male/female).

I'd suggest female simple because there seem to be a distict lack of female fps protagonists that aren't either support characters or subjects of escort missions. plus it would be cool if they cold make a special straifing mechannics so the player could use the defensive cartwheels/backfilps the female ones did in the orginal half-life

What about an expansion where you play as a Xenian, invading Black Mesa, trying to hunt down Gordon Freeman? Obviously you would fail in the end story wise, but I don't think Ive ever seen a Half-Life mod where you play as a Vortigaunt or an Alien Grunt. I think it would be kind of cool.

I really enjoyed "Point of View" mod, even though it may be inconsistent with Half-Life's actual storyline at times, but whatever.

You could play as 2 vortigaunts int the bonus chapter "Xen Attacks" for half life decay.

Also, Black-ops gameplay should be more stealth-focused. They do have cloaking devices and silenced glocks.

Seems cool. But it doesn't exactly seem to take place in Black Mesa (or thats just me).
