Anyone Else Find the Worm Juice can towards the end of Questionable Ethics?

I was doing the hat achievement again and I decided to go out of bounds and go to a spot you could go to in Gold Source's HL, as well as this game's pre-release. I was just wanting to see if they patched it out of 1.0, they didn't, but instead I found a can I've never seen before in a hard to see spot. It says "Worm Juice" and in the mouth of the can there's a pair of eyes, as well as a QR code on the back. just curious if anyone else found it.

I found it and scanned the QR code, but the link leads to a dead url:

I didn't have to go out of bounds to find it, though, it was in Dr C. Horn's office.
