Whats the difference between Definitive Edition & Black Mesa regular ?

Definitive Edition just means it is complete and includes Xen Complete.

I see, but how do I buy it there's no link to the Definitive Edition on the store page, just
Black Mesa and I want the Xen levels like the complete game all levels etc.
