The Orbital Trajectory Achievement

Any idea what it's suppose to mean? I've tried getting that achievement, though I think I've been doing wrong. I believe it's suppose to happen right before you enter Xen, so I tried waiting in the Lambda reactor.
It keeps giving me a mission fail sequence so I tried it again, this time in Xen. I didn't know what to do, so I took my remaining satchels, and attempted a c4 jump from the entrance island into the caves. Still no luck getting that achievement, though you can skip the entire jumping sequence. I will get a video about what I'm talking about.
Other than that, any other ideas?

<lorjason34> in the opening chapter of Xen proceed right when exiting the cave, jump on the floating stone out in front, then there's one over to the right (big one) and finally all the way down to where you would be if you went left.
