questionable ethics .....scientist wont open the door

This is the 3rd progression breaking bug ive found in this game......dang scientist wont walk up to the door and open it so the lobby ambush section can start. they just stand in the hallway and wont do anything

I got the same bug on my first playthrough, reloading the game a tiny bit earlier fixed it. Idk what triggers it it seems pretty random, maybe if you block their pathing when they walk they glitch.

This is essentially what I had an issue with. I ran ahead of the group of scientists 'cause I thought they'd all die, and one guy got stuck in the airlock part. Reloaded a little earlier (luckily had an autosave less than a minute prior), and made sure to follow them and not interrupt their paths. No problems on the second time.

That happened to me in the hanger with the security guard he closed the door could'nt open it.
