All Levels Unlocked

Hi, is there any way, how to lock all opened chapters, when I started the game? It's very annoying me. I done only Chpater 1, but in a menu I can start Chapter 19... Why?..
I tried console commands like: sv_unlockedchapters 0, but it didn't work.
I just don't want all chapters unlock, when I firstly started the game.

sv_unlockedchapters 1 in config.cfg, but if you're a new player, you shouldn't have them all unlocked by default. The value goes from 1 to 20.

I bought this game a few days ago, immediately when I firstly started this game, all chapters was unlock.

It doesnt work... Only wthat is changed is menu background screen. In menu-New Game I still see all levels and I can click on each of them and start the game from any chapter.

Then the only solution is to not play the chapters you haven't yet unlocked. It's as easy as that. I don't know why it'd give you all chapters unlocked by default, though. That was something they supposedly implemented for old players when the game went 1.0.

I think it is standard (or a bug) for everyone. I also installed and started the game recently and had all chapters unlocked.
