View Stats:
No high shadows setting, only Disabled CSM shadowing option appears. Cant turn off Full Dynamic Range.
Well, the title is pretty self explanatory itself.
I can change the shadows to only Low and Medium. No High option appears.
On CSM i can only set it to Disabled. No other option appears.
For Full Dynamic Range, its enabled by default, but cant change it.

Specs:
i3
Defender mousemat.
Decent enough gaming chair.
my pc is a laptop for godssake it can run csgo with max on 5 fps

I think the game disables some settings automatically on systems that have lower specs.

Yep.
But i still got it working. Brute force always helps. Unless youre using it on a girl.
-force_vendor_id 0x10DE -force_device_id 0x1180 -dxlevel 95
Put those on your launch options. Kabam. Done. Now go home.

Make sure blackmesa.exe is running off of your dedicated laptop video card and not your integrated video card.

If you only have an integrated card that may be way.
