Report a translation problem
As already said, the only thing you can do to is minimise the issue is to install it on a SSD.. the loading will still happen, but it will be quicker.
Or just carry on as it is.. you will get used to it. It's not really every couple of minutes.. it's only this frequent during the tram ride at the beginning. Once the game play start you will go a good 10 mins + between loading times. It's like loading the next level.
This is so the game preloads as much files as possible, so that loading times when changing maps are reduced.
Could be a placebo effect, but i felt like the load times got faster. Thanks a bunch!
