Missing Flashlight & Fog Bug (And How to Fix It)
Heyo just sharing this bug I had, my flashlight would not illuminate any darker rooms; and the fog inside of a room could be seen from the outside in the form of the box that encapsulated it, per se. I'm not responsible for what this does to your game, I'm just sharing cus it worked for me.

The fix for both I found on this thread post:

Fix for No flashlight
If you hear a noise when you press F to activate the flashlight but no light appears, then you need to do this (Note: this also fixes black props)

Add these commands to game launch options:
-force_vendor_id 0x10DE -force_device_id 0x1180 -dxlevel 95

Remove "-dxlevel 95" after you close the game or your settings will reset every time you run the game.

This Fixed both the fog bug and no flash light bug

I know this was posted over two years ago, but holy ♥♥♥♥ thank you dude! I tried just about everything with no luck, and this fixed it right away. I'm running on an Intel ARC A770 and was starting to think that it was just a driver issue. Thank you again.

Using Intel arc A770 as well. Fixed the flashlight not being visible on my side. Worked for Blue Shift as well. THX

Cool, this fixed the issues with the torch and weird fog glitching with my Intel Arc A770 too. Thanks
