stuck in between the doors at 'unforseen consequences'

so i just started playing this game, and when you see the second guy on fire (the crawling one) i walked backwards to get away from him, but now i am stuck in between the doors :') is there a trick to get out when you are stuck somewhere? i don't see a load last checkpoint or something like that. so i should just quit and then start again at this level?

go past the lasers to the next door and hold the 'crouch' key to get through the bottom of the door

oh sorry, but what I meant is that I litteraly became stuck inside the closing door. i could not move/jump/crouch anymore, just turn my vision around.

I just restarted the level for now, but i was wondering if something like this happens if there is an 'unstuck' trick/command or something like that. or if i just have to redo the whole level if i have not saved before in the same map, since there is no 'reload last checkpoint'
