invert controller y axis

I know this is meant to be played kb/m the way I did it in 1999, but I'm now old and lazy and want to use my XBox 360 controller. I d/l Stavaas controller config file but can't find a setting to invert the x-axis. Anyone know how?

I would recommend looking for a way to invert it on the controller itself. Doesn't the controller have some software that allows configuring it?
Flipping the X axis is quite unusual.

oh no, can't believe how stupid i've become in my old age--i want to invert the Y axis!!

I would do it within Steam's controller configuration, as it's simpler and convenient to do it that way. https://imgur.com/a/q0ueqXK

Thanks for the reply. I was gonna try that originally but saw a couple of comments that it would slow things down (?).

It probably is really the better/simpler way to do it, but before you posted I had gone
to Nexus and found a mod by Kryssism for inverting the Y . It' s a little more complicated but
everything is working fine now.
