Easter egg / secret room at the start of Gonarch's Lair?
I watched Vinny's playthrough of Black Mesa and he found an easter egg at the start Gonarch's Lair. It's on a small cliff near the waterfall. He climbed the cliff and found a "The pizza is a lie" writing and got teleported to a secret room.

(Easter egg at mark 19:45)

I tried finding the easter egg in the exact same place but i didn't get teleported to the secret room, so i noclipped and flew around the map but couldn't find it. How do i get to the secret room?
