Black Textures?

Just started the game up and all of the textures are pitch black, like they don't exist. Rocks, cars, metal textures like pipes and doors. any fix plz?

Try that first and then post OS/CPU/GPU information as well as the map name. GPU driver version would not hurt to post as well.

PS: Setting that variable to 0 that you was quoting me on should be an last resort. So you should keep it to 1. Only set it 0 if NOTHING helped.
