If you're talking about the remaining chapters, yes, a few weeks from now for them to come out in beta. As for the final release, we have no idea.
If you're talking about the FINAL FULL RELEASE of Black Mesa, we're not sure yet. It depends on what gets found by players and what else we need to fix!
I am happy to have the maps available and test them for helping you guys out in doing the final polish. :)
Everything I've seen of Xen so far is exactly what I want to see in a game that is to be seen as the predecessor of Half-Life 2.
Currently this is everything what Half-Life: Source should have been in my opinion.
I am not denying that I had very much fun with the original, even with the heavily censored german version I was forced to play on PS2 (with dumb robots instead of HGrunts).
But the major difference in graphics between Half-Life: Source and Half-Life 2, made the contrast between these games a bit too big.
Now we have Black Mesa and can fluently play Half-Life 1 by Black Mesa and then continue with Half-Life 2 (together with an updated Half-Life 2: Update soon hopefully).
Yay!
Can I find out how they are divided into chapters?
Interloper - 6 maps, Nihilanth - 1 map, Endgame - 1 map or Interloper - 5 maps, Nihilanth - 2 map, Endgame - 1 map
Of course your not! Laughable. Its been 2 years since you announced Xen's release in Summer 2017, then it was Christmas 2017 https://www.rockpapershotgun.com/2017/06/20/black-mesa-zen-release-date/
You still don't have clue!

There were a lot issues found. Some minor some major.
They now have to check these out, decide what to fix and fix it.
And we currently don't have all maps yet so the amount of bugs can grow bigger.
I am fine with finally being able to playtest Xen. That's the beginning of the end you can say. ^^
The joke is Crowbar Collective's incompetency, and you only fuel the joke with your gullibility and defence towards a company that has strung this game on for far too long AND still don't have an end in sight.
You can trust their words all you like, their actions say otherwise.
You been right all along, It Was Worth The Wait.
You guys rock!!!
How can it be, "It Was Worth The Wait."? We are still waiting for the full release and there is no end in sight.
You must lack the comprehension or understanding of what has been said by Chon. Just shows the blind faith that gets used as defence for this games empty promises. As I said, it only adds to the humour of it all.
So you think they just release the maps for beta test as a joke?
I am sorry for not understanding your rage, as I am happy to finally see the progress they made with Xen.
Everything they promised about was achieved.
At least I experienced that through already 4 different playthroughs.
It might have been more, but I rather state 4, as that's the exact amount of Xen beta playthroughs I recorded.
I don't know if you opted into beta, but if so it seems you didn't really enjoy the maps.
Which is sad, but that's the only thing I can feel when you are upset about the finally arrived progress.
What are you on about? Strawman much. Stop trying to defend the indefensible.
