Looking to try out multiplayer

What the title says. I know how to play the game but I have not got into the late game stuff yet. Im down for anything

It's kinda weird in multiplayer since you have to wait other players to end up their buildings. In late game creating office can take more than hour of real time
And also it seems that multiplayer is better in competitive mode, but playing 1v1 is not really fun, so the best option for me is to play 4+ players (play in teams like 2v2 for max experience) with premade office blueprints

P.S. Also game not requires always full party so you are able to play without some players. But ofc in this case you will overtake offline players
