I'm starting to work on some mods to the game to improve the general usability without resorting to "cheating". These will be built into a single mod I'm calling SIncLib.

The first feature allows you to shuffle the staff in your company around to optimize the staff working on a particular project. So if a team is working on a new game but noone in the team is competent in "2D" then you can select the team and the team to pull from and it will automatically choose the right number of developers for the project size with the right number or skills. None of your staff have their skills altered, they just have their teams changed.

I've made another update to add the project manager task manager. This lets you see into the previously closed world of your project managers and see what tasks all your teams are working on. It also gives you some control over promoting the development tasks, canceling or reassigning support tasks or taking over your marketing tasks. All things that were hard or impossible to do previously.

Just an update that this now works in alpha 11 though its a new mod so the a9 build isn't broken
