Activated Furniture Mods Don't Appear in Game

I recently got Software Inc so I could finally get furniture mods and other workshop content but while most stuff works, I can't get Furniture mods to work.

I'm 100% sure that I have my furniture mods enabled when I start a new game (I'm not new to modding the game) but nothing shows up in the buy menus for furniture mods, all I get is the default vanilla furniture and none of the mod furniture.

I know that some mods havent updated for the most recent version of Software Inc so I'm wondering how I can fix that. I realise that I may have to redo the coding/XML for the mods and I'm ok with that because I would like to make my own mods too.

Any help on the matter would be greatly appreciated.

(Also I tried the forums for Software Inc, its pretty dead there)
