Publishers Bugged When Allowed to handle printing of product
Developed a software for release let it go to 100% completion on each stage and released after the 2 year window even though the team got done early.

Upon release the AI publisher has spent over 6 million on copies as reported by the details page of the software. Roughly 2.8 million copies.

On first month release the active user base was 10,227 with a potential base of 145 million people.

Even with that huge potential base of customers there is no way that the fans during initial production would have supported a decision like that to buy ~$6 million with potential revenue of only ~$709k each month as each copy is only $69. With a recoup of 5.3x at 37% as I let them handle marketing and printing, this means that the company decided to take on 6 million in debt for never getting out as there is now way following the general customer curve that this product even sells 10% of the printed copies of 2.8 million as the day one says is only 0.366% of the printed stock.

In order to break even they would have to sell 642k, and with a day 1 of 10k units and a day 2 of 8k units there is no way it will ever hit that milestone.

The best part is 60% of each total units sold above were digital copies which I don't know if they sell, so potential they only sold 7.2k copies out of that 2.8 million.

If the AI make such a bad decision, I the player, should be able to sue them as they are contractually obligated to handle those affairs in good faith, and over producing to such an extent is clearly not in good faith. As again the recoup number is 5.3 which indicates this product would have to make 6*5.3 or 31.8 million in sales(their part) to accomplish that, this does not include the marketing which will tick that number up fast. With sales at 1.24 million(total) at day 2 that means I very likely will not hit those number after a year and if I fail to get there by year 1, year 2 is not much better of a chance with how sales are for most software in this game.

Thus, they over spent to force my player company to remain at the higher fee of 37%.
