Beta 1 Founder not improving base skills

I'm about 5 years in, have done a bunch of contracts and released products but my founder's skills are all stuck at 25%. Employee's skills are improving fine.

If that is the case, I recommend to make an in-game bug report (ESC-Report screenshot) and attach your save file.

This is not a bug... it's due to you making your founder a "visionary". All skills and skill points are locked after creation and all skills are locked at 25. I wrote a suggestion about that here: https://steamcommunity.com/app/362620/discussions/0/3182362324970757605/
