Employee Request and Cleaners
I think that the cleaners should leave once they've cleaned up instead of resting in a room with an employee and annoying them.

Also it is really difficult to keep employees with them requesting raises all the time (I assume that they want raises because of skill increase) Generally employees wouldn't be like 'Damn I'm better at design because of that awesome boss that gives me my own expresso machine and working space better go threaten to quit unless he makes it rain a extra $1750' I feel that they request a bit too much when they get better and work more. Eventually you need to lay off all the employees with 5k salaries and start from scratch.

I agree with this. How good I am at my work doesn't matter, If I demand 1000$ extra my boss would suggest to go find a job that pays that much. I suggest somekind of promotion system. The raises asked here are to much. A flat % per year + bonus for good work is realistic

You can avoid noisy staff by building an empty room for them in which they can sit, you can limit it to lounging and they will actively seek them out.

I will look into lowering salaries in the next patch.

Thanks. Great game anyway! Good communication as well. With the roadmap thing and all. That side lacks a lot with most developers, and that for one man alone :). How about bonuses per rating? I heard some publishers do that, a extra cash-bonus if a game score above a certain percent on reviews. That could be away to increase the payout on your staff. If the company does well you could choose to pay your staff (like it, cleaning) a bonus at the end of a good year (Christmas bonus)
