Start out by taking small 1 month contracts that you can finish, make a few thousand bucks each month, and then hopefully by the end of the year you will have enough money to hire another employee and start taking bigger contracts. Either that, or you can tackle a small-scale development job, like building a web-game or something, but you need to have enough money to survive without further income until you can release the product. Make sure you've got enough in the bank to pay your employees and bills for about a year before you try making your own product, if you wanna be safe.

Thank you! I will try doing that, I always started hiring one employee but it just overwhelms me with that little amount of money at the start(I know I can increase it but I just fall in bankrupt xD). I usually buy a lot of things at the beginning... Wathever, thanks again :)

Like said above, do the 1 month contracts. Also since your Founder is imune to tiredom, change the work hours to 8-6 (yay, hardcore 22hour shifts!)
After you have ca 50K, start by doing a Visual Software. Choose Large OS's with good Quality. The development will take about a year but if you do it all right and make a "Great" or "Outstanding" software you are looking at approx 250K. If not, repeat with Audio tool or another Editor. You should be looking to a million soon. Then, you can start building the office and hiring employees. :)

Good luck!

I am really getting outcomes with the 1 month contracts and now 2 month contracts, I didn't knew that I could change the work hours, probably for to be a good sim game that 22 hour shifts could be fixed xD but it's could to know that I can do it :D Thanks for your help ^^

Also your founder doesn't lose training. Train him after doing some of the 1 month contracts. It will help immensely when he is maxed out. With the 22 hour days you can even make an OS (my preferred style) to make a cool couple million within the first few years. If you buid your initial box small it only costs about $50-60 a day...

Stupid question. How do I change work hours?

Coredumping, is it intentional that the founder can work 22 hour days, or will that be changed?

it is not intentional, but at this point I'm not sure. It only works as long as there no one else on the team, so you can only exploit it in the beginning anyway.
It will change before the final version however, it's just very low priority

Coredumping, weel this 22 hour days work for the fouder have sense. He is supposed to be motivated in the begining wile funding his company. Instead of the actual behaviour, maybe you can move it inside a personality trait ? (for example a funder who like to program a lot, but who may stay forever bad at other things like marketing).
quick question. when i try and start a contract it wont let me. it says "This design has no redeeming features and cannotbe promoted to development"

Coredumping, how many hours a daydo you work on your project? ;) Starting your own company sometimes means that very long shifts are required..

One thing I did was that I did a one month long contract as well as sold 40% of my shares. Your company starts off with 500, 000 value I believe.
