Development deals trashing my business reputation

Could someone shed any light on how I should negate the negative rep from developing software for businesses who have terrible designers?

Context: Developed several software regularly reviewing (excessively even) and iterating as I go to ensure I improve it as much as possible but often the design is poor and there is only so much my staff can do to improve it. At least I assume so as they have great stats and parts will only improve so much (say from 1.5 up to 6).

But when it comes time to release after clearing out all bugs in beta then I still get the negative reputation and it seems rather unfair, possibly not quite balanced?

Other deals such as Design work etc are absolutely fine, just those which I don't do design for which are the issue.

This is a known issue, I tried several times over 2 years to make them work, but it is just impossible. Even with several reviews, and large number of bugs fixed, they will still fail. I do not know if Kenneth is aware of this, but I've playing this game for more than 2 years, and this part never got a proper update. As you already saw, Design deals can be done even after 2 iterations, and getting positive Rep.
TL:DR Development Deals from Receptionists are not working as they should atm.
