AI automation idea

I love playing this game. Every time I start a new playthrough, there are always different objectives.
Except that I've run into a problem. When a lot of applications and other things are already created in a company, and you still want to maintain most of them. Then you have to spend a lot of time to maintain them by employees, in addition to that the game interface is not very convenient when too many projects are launched.

So I want to propose to add something like AI category with items, when creating an application:
1. ai engineering - a function that if enabled, will automatically fix new bugs in the application.
(I saw a similar implementation in the Vanilla Software Expansion, but it is the only place where I could find such a thing, and there it is not quite perfectly realized)
2. ai support - a function that if enabled, will automatically respond to customers of the application.
(I haven't seen something like this anywhere)
3. You can think of something else...

I offer my little vision of the idea that removes a lot of stuffy things from the game.
The idea of AI can be developed to the limit. Even Research to make for them separate that will be available from 2015.
