I believe the tax efficiency work does eventually cap, and then he will look for other work to do, as long as he can perform it.
Yeah I already gave him programming as secondary role. I'll let him do his thing then for a few more months and see if it caps eventually. If not I guess I'll force him to program lol. Right now the amount of tax saved from him doing his thing isn't worth his salary I think (or at least it'd be better if he just support my programming team)
