Staff Issues

So I start playing all goes well, hire some new people and keep progressing. Now for some reason my staff keeps complaining about they have to pee, they are worn out(don't even know what this means?) and that kind of stuff. But everything is there to satisfy that. It is getting quite annoying now. Does anyone know something about this?

Worn out? I have no idea. How many hours are they working? 8AM to 5PM is usually what I do for Core. How many people/bathroom? I think 6 is the maximum.

Oh okay the time is probably that problem but for the pee and other issues I have enough bathrooms around 10 and I have enough fridges so why are they complaining about starving?

what diffuculty are you playing on? Based on my experience, when playing on easy they complain at LOT less. When on medium and your money starts piliing up and you start earning a lot more the game "i think" tries to find ways to make it more challenging. So your employees start to ♥♥♥♥♥ a lot more. I tried putting refs 4 per room and still they complain about food.

Well I play on easy so that shouldn't be the problem. Cause I heard when playing on anything other than easy it gets real hard real fast

more like impossible. How much money do you have at he moment? if you are in the millions, for my case, that is when they started complaining alot.

Are you playing in full speed? I've noticed if you play x3 the normal speed your staff complaints about every from needing to pee to being hungry.

Speeding up the game seems to break the game, atleast to me.

Aha well that could be a problem I almost always play in 3 times speed so il try to play in 2 times. Thanks for your reply

Speed up does take more resources (bladder/engery/missing atm) than 1x because of the way speedup skips every odd minute or so.

I've had the same Problem. I solved it by building a breakroom with a fridge and a vending mashine. Not sure if the vending mashine or the breakroom solved it, though.

i usually place all that stuff in the same room, and just build a restroom within that room.

I've had the same problem. I solved it by building outdoor facility with benches, lamps and trees. Completely dissolved. Good luck....

I found out I needed to hire a repair guy in one of my games the toilets were all broke, thats why my people was having pee problems.

Make sure you have vending machines as well as fridges, and a cook to actually work them. Obviously, make sure your toilets work.

I'm at a little over a billion dollars in the bank, and around three hundred million income a month playing on medium, and no one ever complains outside of wanting more social occasionally (when the other employees won't BS with them at the water cooler), so I don't know if money has anything to do with it. Perhaps you need to make sure to put money into insurance?
