programming - if you look at the skill % of people during support, it's their "code" skill that increases.

well so far i discovered that not only programing, i put my 9 marketers in support they do the best job of all for some reason the que bug count decreases insanely fast, but on the other hand the fixed bug count almost never increases, so i'm assuming they get rid of people complaining but they don't fix it, also the skills i used in making the program were system and 2D code and art, SAME skills my marketers are learning slowly

Conclusion whatever you used to make the program like 3D art and System Coding should the support team have, i'll also train my Programmers in marketing to see if that helps

In my experience:
Your support teams should be youngsters who are learning to become your product teams.
I said what I do in length somewhere on the forum. Just search my name :)

But marketers is new to me. But as you say they don't fix the problem. Therefore, you're probably not getting a boost in fan mood or rep. (as you get a little boost everytime you fix bugs.)
