How to expand your lot? Also, general management question(s)
So I'm thinking about upgrading my lot soon so that I can expand my office. Do I have to be a certain reputation to purchase more land?

Also, currently I'm getting used to this game and I only have a small office consisting of 5 employees. I've mostly only just completed contract work to make some quick money, but now I only recently just released a Audio Tool and a Visual Tool. It's making me a decent amount of money and now I'm at I believe around $400-500k.

I want to eventually make my company creating Operating Systems, a Game Engine, and from that point on, mostly games and probably more Visual Tools and such. But I mainly want to focus on creating a game engine and OS first.

1. What software needs servers?
2. I know OS's take a long development time so I'm not sure whether my company has enough money to develop an OS. What are the recommended team requirements for an OS or game engine?

Thanks, I'm just over 2 hours into the game so far.

To expand the lot, just drag the little signposts at the border. It can get expensive.

All software should have a server during the programming stage. Watch the server load as it can spike unexpectedly I recommend doing a visual tool first on other operating systems. Use just the founder to keep costs down.

It can take up to 4 years to do an OS. I would wait until I had $3 million in the bank. I have done an OS with just the founder and as many as 12 total team members on the development team with 6 support people and 3 marketeers (on automation).

I can't give numbers for a game engine. Sorry. I have them somewhere, just not at hand.
there are no sign posts

In the center on each edge (not the premade road) there will be a sign you can drag when in build mode (when you can create buildings).
