Once you hire the receptionnist and place the reception desk, you'll just have to wait until a random guy shows up and visits your company. (Tip: Create a tiny building next to your main office e.g. 3x4 or 3x5 with only the desk in, and pherhaps waiting chairs, so that when you see movement there, you instantly know somebody came with an offer. Thus, next check your deals tab and there should be a deal or so you can accept.)

Even if they make a specific team busy (designers, programmers, etc...), deals can bring a lot of money when starting a team.

marketing and suport jobs are very profitble, esspecial since the team that is specialised in that wont get too 'swamped' by it, i had at one point 10 suport contracts being handled by my seport team, and almost same with markeing...

once you have the desk, hire two receptionists, one from 9am-1pm then 1pm-5pm.. thats have i get 1-4 deals a day/month.

make sure you dont do a mistake i did, i made the entrance a lounge area and later added the desk, i got no deals until i noticed it was under lounge tag. lol

ALSO, you need mid-to-high reputation, or at least some, no deals will come through until you get some reputation.
