Employee's Age

Just a minor suggestion,

I know it is realistic that employees age and retire or die,
but i hope the developers can add an option when starting in new game to choose if your employees retire/die or not.

This would be a cool feature

At the very least, have personnel (Human Resources) send you a notification telling you what department the person worked in and other information.

yes exactly,
or even beter...when someone retires/dies the game prompts you to replace the old employee!
