The standard contract work is usually where you start off with, which is what you are doing. You need to start hiring up to 5 or 6 employees in a team, and have your team be assigned to start working on the contract work. Make sure you have 3 or 4 contract work (at most) assigned to your team simultaneously to get maximum results.
The other contract work you should start to move towards are Deals. You will need to start hiring a receptionist and have a dedicated room only for reception. Hire janitors and maintenance workers to clean and maintain that dedicated room during the daytime hours. Those deals will help you with the contract work.
