Need a hint with Feature Creep achivment

I don't understend how to get achivment Feature Creep. At leest achivmet with police drone was so wuch fun.
But with this one i'm simply stuck.

I think they mean in a single game, after all the definition of feature-creep is to continuously add features during development to the point where development halts or reverses, in such a way that it takes it well beyond it's original deadline, for no other reason than the game directors desire to add the feature. Not the literal definition but is what I remember from my days as a game development student.

It will only appear and show you what is missing in the tab, if you are like 5 things off to do I believe.
