Map seeds thread

In the hunt for interesting maps, I tried seeding with some words. Since I didn't find much info here or on the Discord, I figured I'd start a thread, feel free to add your own favourite seeds.

All these are for the city maps. I focused on large building lots, and closeness to the metro, with a decent starting lot by the bus for the very early game.

custom - 32x88 at bus stop, 32x56 at metro
continue - 32x56 at bus stop, 40x88 skyscraper block at metro (expensive to buy)
