two humble suggestions
i have been playing this game and following updates for nearly 6 years. game is nearing full release and i think there is 2 things that should be adressed.

1- i like this game because it is detailed and realistic, player has to move to an empty plot at some point and build an office building. and i hate creating a building every time i play this game. systems, furnitures, utilities, everything is cool and all. problem is, i have to place every window, every radiator, every fan, adjust them, fill the office rooms with 5 clocks, 4 bookcases etc. i'm not a decorator type of guy and do nothing special. just boring, efficient rooms people can work, eat, have meetings etc. it takes hours and really feels like a chore i have to do to play the game. there are copy-paste etc. but it still takes so long. i would recommend an auto furniture system like mad games tycoon 2. you build a room and click a button to let the game fill it. or just let it place utilities or something. people who enjoy building can still enjoy but people like myself can dramatically shorten the time spent on building. that would really improve my motivation to play the game.

2- more automation, or more stuff to make you feel like a boss with 100 million dollars would be fine. subsidiaries, HR, project management are all really good ideas but they dont really work(HR mostly works fine, subsidiaries are not consistent, they either make money or go bankrupt, you cant use them as a trusted integral device, Project management is not optimal, it always generates worse products than manual) you still have to manage product development manually even you have hundreds of employees. i wish we could interact with subsidiaries, team leaders and departments more at the end-game. like a real CEO, minimal micromanagement, less but more important decisions. not interacting directly with development, marketing etc. but interacting with departments including variety of teams or subsidiaries who interact with development and marketing. i don't think this is too much effort at this point because base systems are already here, you would just have to lean into it, add a few more basic systems, add some screens to give the impression.

bonus- i don't know if it was a bug and fixed but there was a problem with education; support team members would level up on programming or arts, marketing employees would level up on designing etc. education available notification really annoyed me but there is no point in educating them or any reason for them to level up on that skill(they are only assigned to one type of task). i had to educate them in irrelevant stats just to get rid of the notifications.

thanks for reading. i love this game and the dev, those are my experiences from lots of gameplay experience.

I think you have some good points. In my opinion each play through requires new buildings. That is half the fun of the game. Turn off fire and stairs as they are tedius if you like. Honestly the game is not for you. It is what it is. We would all like something but still lets just enjoy what we have.

1. Are you aware of Blueprints ? Because it seems that you are not. Every room can be saved, I think even buildings, as a blueprint. So, when you move to a new plot, you just select a blueprint and put it down on map. I have a blueprints for office (design/code/support), toilet, meeting and a kitchen, and every new run the time for setting up the company on a new plot is 5x faster.

2. I would say that even the HR does not work properly, especially Hiring, but ok.
As for Subsidiaries, you can find in my guides how to use them to be profitable or useful, and not go bankrupt. But the Subsidiaries are an Advanced part of the game, so you must be willing to learn how to use them, otherwise they will fail.
Project Management is also flawed, still needing more options to Automate tasks (Expansion packs, Research, Patenting etc.), but also you need to understand a bit more if you want to get Outstanding product out of them

Bonus - Yes, that is really annoying for employees to gain skills in other fields other than assigned roles, but again from what you wrote, it seems that you didn't assign only Support role to the support team, and because of that the HR Leader leveled them up in other skills.
I use HR education only for Support teams, and I never had them leveled up other than Support their were doing (not even Marketing/Law/Accounting), you must missed assigning them.
However, I would also like to see a filter for Employees in which areas not to level up and remove the notification altogether.

on the building point, it would be nice if the dev made some quality of life work flow adjustments that can speed up the process of designing your building
Though as is i do agree with the previous comment that blue prints are the answer

But would be nice if, at least in the level editor mode the game allowed you to move structures/rooms around to help with some minor tweaks instead of moving all your ground/ceiling furniture, taring down foundation, and expanding the size of the room

or for patterns of rooms if we could just select the room pallet without selecting the room, then just click each room to instantly fill each room with those colors/patterns

On the support team point though, there actually is some value in educating them on non support skills
That being, you can have them handle updates for you while your dev teams work on the next release. So let your support teams get some levels in system and 2D it'll help you greatly
