Priority Tasks

Am I missing something here? I list down projects with set priorities, getting the impression employees will work on each project one at a time. Clearly though, this doesn't seem to be the case because they all just get stressed out because they insist to working on every single project at once.

This can get very annoying when several teams are working on the same project too, because then that messes with the other team's priorities.

What does priority do? Does it make them work faster on a project?

Should I separate the teams from working on the same projects at this point?

They will always work a little on low priority jobs. I dont hire peps with the stress trait.

Yeah I figured as much. I've started completely ignoring potential employees with the stress trait among other things. Thanks for the confirmation!
