what's wrong with the reception?

why, when the delegates of the other companies arrive, do they go back, without concluding any contract? the messages at the top left speak of a problem in the reception hall, but I don't think the problem really exists there. the benches are there, but as soon as the delegate approaches the reception, he immediately goes back and leaves. when I was a small stat up it was no problem, but now that hordes of delegates are arriving, messaging is a real pain in the ass! Where am I doing wrong?

What exactly does the message say?
Make sure:
use comfortable seating
maximize decoration rating (paintings, plants, etc)
maximize light rating (Enough lights all around)
and most important: Make sure it's clean! A dirty reception can disgust them quite quickly.

Have you hired Receptionist in staff window ?

thanks for the tips. the problem apparently was a mix between dirt and decorations. but how snobbish are these? :)

IRL I would not want to give my million dollar business to a company that does not take hospitiality serious ;)

Also if you have a big company you might wanna move the reception room to a separate place to avoid it being dirty.

When 300 people walk in at once it will create maximum dirt for a period until cleaner picks it up.
