When you setup machines and tracks, the most important thing is to set picking point. You have two options for now:
1. Garage port (left/right)
2. Helipad
When the machines print copies and package them into box, they must be sent to a pick-up point.
If you setup a Garage port, then you need to hire Staff -> Couriers, that will come and pick up boxes when they are finished and stored on the entrance.
If you setup a Helipad, you just need to connect it through conveyor's chain.
If you look closely my screenshot, you will see that before Helipad's conveyor, there are pallet boxes with Pallet drop point + Pallet pickup point on them. This will enable boxes to be stored on them (since helicopter picks only full delivery, and there can be waiting period), AND allows couriers to come in and pick them up (without creating a Garage port).
So my strategy is to have Helipad as pick up point, and Couriers that would come throughout the day and take any excess boxes stored on pallets awaiting next helicopter delivery.
Also, read Latn's Strategy for hardware printing, since the conveyor's chain and pick up strategy are explained. You can skip first part for setting up production, since you have my explanation and screenshot for software printing, but helipad, garage ports, couriers are explained also.
For the moment I am gonna have to wait on messing with physical industry until my company grows bigger.
