* Poor room environment (not enough light/not enough space/not enough heat/not enough cooling)
* Poor social environment (not enough meetings/no team lead/watercooler badly placed [you need four "half" spaces around it clear, I believe... but I tend to make four full spaces just to be sure. Like, up, down, left, right... not four squares in all directions!]
* Poor team chemistry (incompatible personalities; team compatibility below 250% is "poor" IMO; I aim for 300%+, go for Introvert/Optimist leaders and it is easier to find Amazing compatibility matches when searching, or at least I find it easier)
Note the watercooler thing only applies on the test branch, naturally.
Also on the testing branch: be wary of lazy team leaders!
well so far i discovered that not only programing, i put my 9 marketers in support they do the best job of all for some reason the que bug count decreases insanely fast, but on the other hand the fixed bug count almost never increases, so i'm assuming they get rid of people complaining but they don't fix it, also the skills i used in making the program were system and 2D code and art, SAME skills my marketers are learning slowly
Conclusion whatever you used to make the program like 3D art and System Coding should the support team have, i'll also train my Programmers in marketing to see if that helps
