Is There a Way to Turn Off Retirement
Leaders retiring for me is just a big hassle, is there anyway to turn in off? Could I do something ingame or mess with the save files to stop it?

Hire young people? That's the only way I know of. It doesn't take too long to train them. Sometimes I will make the founder have 0 lead and marketing skill as these can be improved by education easily.

No there's not, but that's a cost of hiring a higher educated/trained individual. Many of them are older and so they'll end up retiring.

Skill isn't much of a problem from me, it more that I have to retrain people in HR/Project management. I also have a lot of leaders and they will all eventualy retire.

Which is perfectly reasonable, and part of real-world business... part of the simulation aspect of this game.

Well maybe there should a way for leaders to automaticly hire and train their replacement before retirement. (Like the real world.)

You can pretty much do this yourself, though. Just make sure someone in every team is a) 20 years younger than the lead and b) has some lead skill. Then when your lead hits 60, train that person in HR, and tada! Successor!

I don't know in other countries, but in Brazil only poor people retire. High skilled workers usually work until dead.
