What price are they tied to. I charge 250 for all my operating system and the license fee keeps getting higher. It seems more like the license fee is determined by the number of features (which determins the price the game autopopulates).
This has become a bit problematic as my operating system has 6.7 million users while the operating system for the nearest competitor has 160,000... My operating system has been out for almost 2 years now and so far only one other company other then my company has made any software for it. I am worried about all the other companies going into bankrupcy.
I guess I won then.
"Instead of paying an upfront fee for a lifetime license when using software as needs for your product, you'll pay a monthly flat-rate license fee as long as a software need is required during development.
Operating systems no longer requires licenses, but add to development time."
