Green & Red bars in progress box?

While developing a program, you can hover your pointer over the progress box and some bars will pop out to the left with info on audio, 2D, system, etc.

When there's a red line on the right side of one of these lines, what does that signify?

So the red bar signifies your artists progress, blue signifies your designers progress and green for your programmers. During certain phases of development, sometimes there's artists and programmers working on that bit, etc. So then the 2D bar or whatever, gets shared by both programmers and artists while they work on it, showing the over all progress.
