"Missing Artists"

I've gotten to the stage where i have a project manager running my software developement but its prompting me with. there is no artist working on "insert project" to finish the 2D art.
my art/design team is stacked with 2D artists.

ive had the same for missing an interface artist but im not even sure how to get this.

anyone got a clue what could be causing this?

to be clear i've doubted myself thusfar that ive even selected both the design and develope team for the develope and design phases in the hope that would solve things.
it did not.
please if you have any suggestions im eager to hear.

Are you sure that your artists have the star skills necessary? Possible that you selected a level 3 skill art feature, but your artists might only have 2 stars there?

the project manager is taking care off everything at this point so im not sure what features where selected but its all there

I think you have to put your art team at Dev tab not Design tab
