Project Management - How To?
Hithere, so I have a 5MM company but I cannot figure out how to setup project management at all, I understand its a skill for Automation, but how should I make it work ? I have to put in a designer team ? I would appriciate some guidance on this subject. Quite challenging to manage multiple sequels

Thanks Man! Really good guide helped a lot! :)

Edit: PM stuff is working, but once they finish a product/software they do not start the next sequel. Any idea why not? ( Only support running no design - PM has all the dots filled)
