Suggestion for Founders
1 - Could you please make a selection for the "Big Brain" trait (no specialization point limit in main role)?

I created a 2 Founder (brothers) company with the intent to make one specialize in design and the other in programming. They both have the big brain trait for this purpose, but they both fell into design as their main role I guess as that's what shows the 11 points left next to.

2 - Could you explain better that making a founder with the visionary skill locks their entire skill set and they can't ever improve any of their skills or get new points?

I created 1 of my founders this way and added the big brain trait (mentioned above) and the "Fast Learner" trait (Increases skill and acquires specializations faster), both of which are completely useless due to everything being locked with the visionary skill. I think a warning here would be appropriate.

3 - There should be a founder selection in assigning parking.

If I owned a company that I built from the ground up, that now has tones of employees, you can bet your @$$ I've got the premier parking spot. Handicap would have to walk further than me.

2. Im pretty sure that if you have Big Brain in Design, my Founder will have all 15 skill points spent in 10 years span. There is a hard lock to 9 points for Design and Programming, but Big Brain unlocks it, regardless of Visionary or not.

On the other hand, I stopped using Big Brain for Founders, it is useless for Impossible, since speed boost is top priority. It's more effective to have Capacitator+Super Focus, Founders work 10h shift at ~160% efficiency.
Also, with System+2D you can cover more than 80% of Design for products, having one person with all Design skills in a team of 8+ people is not making much difference. If you are lacking in certain skill, it is better to hire new Employee with 3* in that skill, than to level up Big Brain.
