Report a translation problem
It's in the HR category, the button that says "Manage Staff".
There are two types. If you just started out, temporary are what you want. Someone who just comes one time, work for a few hours, then leave.
Once you are more established, you want permanent maintenance staff. They are more expensive, but they show up each day at the same time. So if you have your programmers and coders working from 8 - 16, you could have some cook's coming in at 6 o'clock, so food will be ready and cleaning for example showing up at 17 after everyone have gone home.
I noticed I have to Assign Room, so I did that, and it's STILL not working. I'll explain what I did.
After I hire the temporary cleaning, that employee shows up in the list, and the rooms tab is None. Then I left click on that employee in the list, and click on Assign Room. It says that no room groups have been created, do I want to create one? Yes. I give it a name, Main Office and I can alternatively right click the room the employees work in, and on the pie circle click on, add selected room to group. When I click on the employee in the list, Assign Room, it brings up 2 options, All, Main Office. I have check marked All and Main Office and I have check marked only Main Office. It does not matter, no employees are showing up to clean.
Right now, it is 12:30pm game time. So I set arrival time to 1pm. No one shows up to do any cleaning, and the room is set to Main Office. Either I'm not doing something right, or the feature is broken.
And if I am missing something, then it's not explained at all in the game tutorial on room assigning.

Also hire permanent cleaners and it
Have the IT come in the morning before your employees come to work
Same with maintenance
Have cooks spaced out during work day
Cleaning have them come before, during, and after work hours
I tried not assigning rooms, and that didn't work either. It finally decided to work after a half an hour stressing over it though.
